I was in my twelfth year of Management Consulting* when I had the realisation that I had lost my spark. I wasn’t engaged anymore. I was picking up the paycheque and surviving on what motivation I could muster through pride and a sense of competition.
I realised in order to become engaged and find my passion I needed: Clarity, Purpose and a sense of Fun. I found all this and more in the Navy.
Throughout my Operational Navy career I kept coming back to the fact that many of the key aspects to high performing military Leaders and Teams were absent or deficient in the corporate and civilian organisations that I had worked with. This was the genesis of Bravo Zulu Leadership.
Drawing on my corporate consulting experience I can truly understand your unique context, opportunities and challenges. Bringing to bear my military experiences on operations I apply a coaching style that incorporates a mentoring aspect. Working together I will introduce relevant ideas, personal attributes, methods and processes present in military high performance teams. We will collaborate to embed the appropriate methods to empower you, your people and your organisation.
