Depending on your Team or Organization’s unique requirements I provide Seminars or Speaking engagements that focus on either an overview of military leadership methods or a deep dive into specific subjects. These are relevant to both leaders and individual contributors.
Speaking and Seminar sessions are designed for groups of individuals across Teams and allows the participants to discuss and/or take away practical military methods and skills that can be applied within their team or in the context of their Team of Teams.
Workshops are run for individual Teams at all organisational levels. Where specific opportunities or issues exist a consulting approach can be applied to identify the nature of the dynamic(s) and then the workshop will be tailored to work through solutions.
We work together over a Quarter, six hour long sessions designed to uncover and address your opportunities to revolutionise the way you tackle Leadership. Together we will create a lasting and sustainable change that is authentic to your unique style. I will support you throughout the program and be available via private messaging in between sessions.

Sessions can focus on specific areas or more generally. Depending on the focus, professional development or addressing a specific challenge, a workshop or seminar will be tailored to meet your needs.
These sessions are appropriate within a team of individual contributors or at higher levels where Team Leader peers must collaborate as a Team of Leaders.
A 90 minute session where we talk in depth about a specific opportunity / challenge or discuss more broadly about your Leadership development.
